Copyright, Notice and Takedown Policy

welykke respects the intellectual property and related rights of creators, producers, studios, platforms, users, and other rights holders.

This Policy explains how copyright, intellectual property, and related complaints can be submitted in relation to content made available through welykke.io, welykke.com, and the related Services.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to complaints concerning:

• content hosted by welykke,
• content uploaded by users,
• content shown in boards, folders, collections, galleries, or user areas,
• content made visible through previews, clips, loops, stills, images, thumbnails, or similar features,
• metadata, titles, captions, or descriptions where relevant,
• AI-generated or AI-assisted content where a complaint alleges infringement or unlawful use,
• requests for de-indexing, disabling, or restricting visibility.

2. No General Ownership Claim Over Third-Party Content

Except where expressly stated otherwise, welykke does not claim ownership over third-party works made discoverable, hosted, referenced, previewed, linked, or uploaded through the Platform.

Where a user uploads content, that user remains solely responsible for ensuring that they have the rights, permissions, and legal basis necessary to do so.

3. Editorial Review Does Not Prevent Removal

welykke may carry out editorial, technical, or legal review of content before or after publication, but that review does not limit the right of any legitimate rights holder to request removal, restriction, de-indexing, or other action.

welykke reserves the right to remove or restrict any content, including content previously accepted, reviewed, or published.

4. How to Submit a Complaint

If you are a rights holder, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content available through the Platform infringes your rights, you may submit a notice to:

Your notice should include, where applicable:

• your full name and contact details,
• identification of the rights holder you represent, if any,
• a clear description of the work or right allegedly infringed,
• the exact URL, page, board, account, gallery, or other location of the complained-of content,
• an explanation of why you believe the content infringes your rights,
• any supporting information showing ownership, control, or authority,
• a statement that the information provided is accurate and submitted in good faith.

welykke may request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess the complaint.

5. Review and Response

Upon receipt of a sufficiently substantiated complaint, welykke may, at its discretion:

• acknowledge receipt,
• review the complaint,
• temporarily hide, disable, or de-index the content,
• request information from the uploader or affected user,
• permanently remove the content,
• suspend related user functionality,
• take any other action reasonably necessary to protect rights, comply with law, or reduce legal risk.

welykke aims to take an initial action within one to three business days of receiving a sufficiently complete and credible complaint, although more complex cases may require more time.

6. Precautionary Action

welykke may remove or restrict access to content on a precautionary basis before completing a full review where:

• the complaint appears credible on its face,
• the alleged infringement is serious,
• the matter presents urgent legal or reputational risk,
• immediate action is otherwise appropriate.

7. User Notification

Where appropriate and lawful, welykke may notify the user who uploaded or made available the affected content and may invite that user to respond, provide additional evidence, or clarify the basis of their rights.

welykke is not required to keep content online while a dispute is being assessed.

8. Repeat Infringers

welykke reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly upload or submit allegedly infringing, unauthorized, or unlawful content.

9. Bad-Faith Notices

welykke reserves the right to disregard, reject, or respond appropriately to notices that are manifestly abusive, fraudulent, misleading, malicious, or insufficiently substantiated.

10. Other Rights

This Policy does not limit any other rights or remedies available under applicable law to rights holders, users, or welykke.
